No. 4 St Pancras Square CAT-B fit out refurbished to a high specification. The Mechanical services was based on underfloor displacement systems, underfloor 2 pipe fan coil units, trench heating, DX systems and public health services to catering facilities and new showers.
The underfloor displacement system provided flexibility for the users and the ability to individually control cellular offices and meeting rooms.
